The beachfront living room of this child friendly Hilton Head Island condo rental hosts a queen-size sofa sleeper, board games, cable TV, DVD player, VCR and stereo. There is a reading library, home gym and high-speed Internet access as well. We have a spacious balcony, where you can unwind, sip coffee or read a book whilst soaking in the gorgeous sand and water views. For your enjoyment, our Hilton Head Island vacation rental condo provides easy access to onsite amenities that include three pools, a kiddies pool, charcoal grills with picnic tables, 10 lighted tennis courts and billiard room. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days in advance, there is a $50 charge. For cancellations less 30 days in advance, the charge is 1/2 of the rent - unless I can rerent the time you have reserved,in which case the charge will be just $50.

Rules: There are NO pets allowed on the Resort. Admirals Row is a No Smoking building.
